Tom Mando’s family has a deep tradition in the optical business. Tom followed his grandfather, father, and uncle into the wholesale laboratory business in 1977, after graduating from the University of Kentucky. He opened the Crestview Hills location in 1987 with his wife Diane and his first cousin Tracy. Twenty eight years later, we are all still here! We have raised six kids and have been blessed with 10 grandchildren between the three of us. We are the classic “Family Business” in Northern Kentucky. Not a day goes by that a friend or family member does not stop in our store!
